  • Valid identification is required at check-in
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
  • Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and season:

  • Standard cancellation: 30 days notice for full refund
  • Peak season cancellation: 60 days notice for full refund
  • Late cancellations may incur charges up to 100% of booking value
  • Force majeure circumstances will be considered case by case

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Treating the property with respect and care
  • Reporting any damages immediately
  • Adhering to property rules and local regulations
  • Ensuring the security of the property
  • Additional cleaning costs for excessive mess

5. Liability and Insurance

Zenithra Core maintains comprehensive insurance, but guests are advised to secure travel insurance. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries or loss of personal property
  • Cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Third-party service provider issues
